Not all our trainings are free. Although we offer free webinars and courses for some of our trainings, we also excellently recorded paid courses to help you achieve your customer retention goal. 

Customer Relation Management does not necessary ‘build’ your business. Rather, it helps you scale up your relationship with your customers, which in turn will build your business. It follows the injunction that “satisfied customer will always return to buy; mostly with friends and families.” 

All our trainings are virtual (as stated on our website). Should there be a need for a physical training for our clients, it would be on request and yes, we would make an exception. So, yes, offline trainings are available on request.  

We always strive to keep our skills, tools and expertise up-to-date through continuous education and hands-on training in the field of CRM. We can introduce to you ways by which you can take advantage of today’s technology to strengthen customer retention for your business.
